How to Participate
- This promotion is available for all BetForward customers
- Promotion starts on 30th of June at 16:30 (UTC+03:30) and ends on 11th of July at 23:59 (UTC+03:30)
- The promotion runs from Monday to Friday. It is not available on Saturdays and Sundays
- Customers must make a minimum deposit of 10 USD during the day to participate in this promotion
- Customers must Incur a minimum net loss of 10 USD in Lava Gaming Games during the day to participate in this promotion
- Losses will only be considered if a qualifying deposit was made on the same day. If no qualifying deposit is made, any losses incurred will not be counted for the Cashback
- Cashback is calculated as 20% of the total qualifying losses in the Lava Gaming Games. Formula: Total Loss Amount * 20%
- Any bets placed using winnings generated from other bonuses will be excluded from the cashback calculation
- Cashback will be credited as Bonus Money within 24 hours of meeting the eligibility criteria
- Cashback awards are processed daily from Tuesday to Saturday at 17:00 (UTC +03:30)
Example: Customer A deposits and loses 50 USD in Lava Gaming Games within the day and next day gets 20% Cashback as a Bonus Money with a wagering requirement of 10X. To activate the Bonus, Customer A needs to go to the “Casino Bonus” section in “Player Profile” and click the CLAIM button
Bonus Money Terms and Conditions
- Bonus can be activated by clicking the CLAIM button in the “BONUSES” section under the “CASINO BONUS” tab
- Minimum amount is 2 USD
- Maximum amount is 200 USD
- Maximum payout is 100% of the awarded Bonus amount
- Maximum wagering requirement is 10X
- Bonus can be used during the next 3 days after receiving
- Bonus will be valid for 3 days after CLAIM-ing
- Bonus can be used only in the Lava Gaming Game
Bonus Wagering and Claim Terms
After completing the full wagering requirement, a “CLAIM” button will appear in the bottom-right corner of the game screen.
When you click the “CLAIM” button, you will see two options:
- Play with Real Balance – Your current winnings (from the bonus) will be transferred to your real balance.
- Stay in Bonus Mode – You can continue playing with your bonus balance.
Important Rules:
- If you choose to Stay in Bonus Mode, the Claim button will remain active as long as you don’t lose your entire bonus balance.
- If you continue playing with the bonus balance without claiming, you can still claim later by choosing Play with Real Balance from the pop-up. However, in this case, only the original bonus amount (100%) will be transferred to your real balance — any winnings will be lost.
Recommendation: To get the most from your bonus, we recommend clicking CLAIM and selecting Play with Real Balance after completing the wagering.
