How to Participate
- This promotion is available for all BetForward customers
- This promotion runs from 1st of December at 16:30 (UTC+03:30) to 26th of December at 23:59 (UTC+03:30)
- Only customers who make the qualifying deposit and incur qualifying losses in Live Casino Games during the same calendar day will be eligible
- Bonus calculation: Cashback = Loss amount × 15%
- Minimum qualifying deposit per day: 5 USD
Minimum qualifying loss per day: 5 USD - Losses will only count if a qualifying deposit is made on the same day
- Qualifying losses are calculated daily, and any winnings from other bonuses will be excluded from the cashback calculation
- Awarding will be completed by 16:30 (UTC+03:30) the following day
Example: Customer A deposits 50 USD and loses in Live Casino Games during the day. On the next day, the customer gets 15% Cashback with a wagering requirement of 10X. To activate the Bonus, the customer needs to go to the “Casino Bonus” tab in the “Player Profile” and click the CLAIM button
Bonus Money terms and conditions
- Bonus can be activated by clicking the CLAIM button in the “BONUSES” section under the “CASINO” tab
- Minimum amount is 0.75 USD
- Maximum amount is 100 USD
- Maximum payout is 100% of the awarded Bonus amount
- Minimum Bonus wagering requirement is 10X
- Bonus can be used during the next 3 days after receiving
- Bonus will be valid for 3 days after CLAIM-ing
- Bonus can be used only in Live Casino Game (Except Baccarat, Sic Bo, Bac Bo and Dragon Tiger)
Bonus Wagering and Claim Terms
- After the customer completes the full wagering requirement, a “CLAIM” button appears in the bottom-right corner of the game screen.
- When the customer clicks the “CLAIM” button, two options are displayed:
- Play with Real Balance – The customer’s current winnings (earned from the bonus) are transferred to their real balance.
- Stay in Bonus Mode – The customer may continue playing using their bonus balance.
Important Rules:
- If the customer chooses to “Stay in Bonus Mode”, the CLAIM button remains active as long as the customer does not lose the entire bonus balance.
- If the customer continues playing with the bonus balance without CLAIM-ing, they may still CLAIM later by selecting “Play with Real Balance” from the pop-up. However, in this situation, only the original bonus amount (100%) will be transferred to the customer’s real balance.
